     Green Tea, People with obesity and fatty liver disease should use green tea regularly.  Green tea is one of the most commonly used weight loss products.  But these are not the only benefits of green tea.  Regular consumption of green tea gradually reduces body fat.  This eliminates the risk of obesity.  Through this, 'non-alcoholic fatty liver' disease can be fought.

  That is, there are two types of fatty liver.  'Alcoholic fatty liver' and 'non-alcoholic fatty liver'.  As the name 'alcoholic fatty liver' suggests, it is more common in people who overuse alcohol.  'Non-alcoholic fatty liver' can occur for a number of reasons.

The main reason for this is obesity, or the accumulation of fat in the body.  Green tea eliminates this possibility. The study found that green tea, along with exercise, reduced the risk of obesity by up to 75 percent.
