  1. Dark chocolate

  Dark chocolate contains more cocoa, more minerals and antioxidants than regular chocolate.Studies show that antioxidants in dark chocolate may help reduce heart disease.  Dark chocolate raises HDL cholesterol levels and reduces the risk of heart disease.

  2 Blueberries

  Blueberries are rich in nutrients and antioxidants.  Blueberries contain more antioxidants than any other commonly eaten fruit.  The anthocyanins anthocyanins in blueberries reduce the risk of heart disease and lower LDL cholesterol levels.

  3. Spinach (Eggplant)

Many people have heard of spinach.  Eggplant is a storehouse of nutrients such as Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Copper, Zinc and Phosphorus.  Eggplant is an excellent source of two antioxidants, lutein and zeaxanthin.  Studies show that some of the nutrients in spinach help to improve eyesight.

  Walnuts contain a lot of essential nutrients and antioxidants, such as healthy fats and protein.  Regular consumption of walnuts can also help increase fertility in men.
